My great great grandfather James MacIntosh Tait has his place and year of birth as 1847- Douglas, Isle of Man on his death certificate. He died in Atherton, Queensland Australia on the 2nd March 1925.
HIs parents listed on the certificate are Andrew Tait (Butcher) and Sarah Ann MacIntosh Cruickshanks.
Does this ring a bell to anyone, as I have absolutely no luck in locating any further information on him.
