The wills are all included in Brian's will index (I havn't checked them as generally I have little interest post 1841 census) - the census info is readily available on cd Rom (tho I think there is an error in Brians index for the older Philip Croaghan (name Wm is duplicated) but this might have been corrected) - all other will info is from microfilms at Museum but the same films are readily viewable at your local FHC. There are several deeds (land sales) that might involve the older Philip but I only have index refs to these - again the index is on mormon microfilm but I transcribed (on CD Rom) quite a bit and also summarised many but these deeds do require personal attaendance at museum but being late 18th C probably add little additional info than might be in wills and it will probably be some time before I reach them in my trawl.
There might well be MI's - I don't have Donna's collection of these and am currently off Island - the IoMFHSoc has finally got around to issuing the burial reg transcription on CD Rom. You will also need the parish reg films as relying on just the names is not reliable - the side info from the register is key.
The two wills appear to be of correct parish and philip croaghan is a relatively uncommon name (Kelly will probably be much more difficult)
