I will say that I have far more knowledge and understanding than you give me credit for on all aspects of what you write, but I do not think this is the place to enlarge upon it. After all the original post was only an informational posting to bring awareness to folks of what was really going on and how genealogists are potentially contributing to this drama, that is all. I only wrote the above general overview because Nigel Crowe respectfully asked for some info. My own personal thoughts are mine and I propose to go further in discussing them....here or anywhere else.

Yes the IOM of Man is a beautiful place and I have (or will have) enjoyed almost 9 years here by the time I move on later in the year. I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to live here. I am sure when you visit that you will find it beautiful also.
