yes it will work as most users take few if any precautions believing that their 'magic' paid for virus protection actually works - ever thought why so many windows machines catch viruses - javascript is a common vector in most infections (eg MSN only recently hosted paid for banner ads that used it to infect visiting machines). But in your site very simple to fix the bad code (sort out the missing redirection page which only seems to apply for those with javascript turned off) + then have the 5001'st viewer - however it is your website and I do not wish to enter a slanging match just reporting why I found I could not access the site - you might like to read up about accessibility guidelines for users with disabilities which are mandatory for public service (eg Govt) websites in most countries - use of javascript in links also leads to problems with Google and as as many on this site found out when Brian Lawson's site needed to be moved, his unnecessary use of Javascript meant that significant sections were lost in the transfer.
