further investigation - combination of erroneous webcode (there is a redirect if Javascript is turned off to a non-existent file hence any access times out), many coding errors (as reported by my webchecking program - most I suspect due to use of Microsoft generated code which is non-standards compliant) and poor coding especially in that all navigation relies on images (of buttons etc) without it seems any 'alt' text + also absolute positioning of text + images within a page - you might like to try browsing your site with javascript turned off (a good security tip anyway as browsing a site with javascript on is equvalent to giving any stranger you meet the key to your front door as it allows execution of arbitrary code on your machine and is one reason why so many Windows machines collect viruses like a paper handkerchief) + also try turning off images (this simulates how browsers designed for accessibilty would handle your site)
