Hi All,

I am trying to track down a Robert Higgins/Higgans who was born IOM around 1840. Sometime around 1860 he emigrated to Central Otago during the gold rush era in New Zealand. The only record we have is death certificate. Born IOM died 1883; at the age of 43; in New Zealand 20 years. No mention of parents.
