The MI says---William Wallace son, Colour Sergeant etc & last entry John Wallace but
you are just ,I think , meant to infer Wallace
on " Godfrey's" details no mention of surname.
I was curious & tried to enter church to see War
Memorial [ & Roll of Honour for all who served not
just casualties---very unusual ] but the door is
always locked now except for services.I will have
to look much closer at worn MI. Mary
