Thanks for that, Jean. Since asking you to post for me, I found a password that was sent to me in 2009 after a computer crash.

That time the board still recognised me - 'Welcome, Sylvia P' - this time it doesn't and although I keep filling in the details and check 'Save Password' when posting a response, it doesn't save it at all. Also, because I'm not recognised, I can't edit my profile to make sure it's got my password.

Can any board administrators help?
