What do you make of this (if anything) ?

In Manx BMD 1923 Douglas births, there are 3 entries for Watson, although the registration numbers aren't consecutive:

Betty A 2614
Marion A 2641
Rene A 2643

I wondered whether Marion and Rene might be twins . Does the fact that there was one entry inbetween theirs ( A 2642) mean that this is highly unlikely ?

Just a thought.
