Name variations. I found one of my Moughtins under "Houghton" in Liverpool! It's sometimes worth thinking laterally!
My Grandmother was Margaret Killip Moughtin. Her mother was Sarah Jane Killip and her father Thomas Moughtin both of IoM families. They were on the 1881 Liverpool census as Moulton!
