Thanks Donna & Clive. I had thought that George might have been a brother to my gt gt grandfather. I think John Quayle b Lezayre in early 1790s m Catherine Moughtin in 1814 and had three children, John, George and Margery. John m Elizabeth Kneale and they are my gt grandparents.
