Donna, there is no such place as "Castletown, Malew, Maughold". Maughold is a different parish, and not even adjoining.
The Maughold parish register has a baptism for George Illegitimate son of William Quayle & Esther Kermod bapt 10 Jan 1808.
The same couple had another Illegitimate son Claudius bapt 19 Feb 1804 (not "b.1/11/1835").
Although recorded as illegitimate they would have been known by their father's surname as was the custom in the IoM.
