These are all the Margaret Cregeens living on the IOM in 1861:

CREEGEEN Margaret 46 Marown 4426 5 13
CREGEEN Margaret 41 Douglas 4418 13 98
CREGEEN Margaret 40 Malew 4424 92 50

CREGEEN Margaret 18 Arbory 4409 5 9

The 19 yr old in Rushen looks the most likely, so I found her in Ancestry in the 1861 census, living with her family in Port Iron (Erin).
Ancestry have a useful option of seeing if anyone has saved that particular page already, and sure enough, a tree exists which includes this Margaret. And better still, she's married to Alfred Scott, with lots of detail given, showing that it's been well researched.
The tree submitter has a question mark over the parents of Margaret Scott nee Cregeen. The most likely ones seem to be Henry Cregeen and Margaret Kelly. By 1871, this family seems to be fragmented and they're proving difficult to find.
Margaret's first child was born in Rushen 2 yrs prior to her marriage to Alfred. Then 2 more were born in Rushen before the family moved over to Barrow in Furness. You'd think that they'd be easy to find in 1871 as their 3rd child was baptised in Rushen a few weeks prior to the census, but I can't find them.

One of the Margaret Cregeens I wanted to try and eliminate is this 17 yr old from the 1861 census:
CREGEEN Margaret 17 Castletown 4414 46 26
But Ancestry has a missing page and jumps from household 25 to one in the thirties. Can someone look in (eg) Find my past, and see where she was born and if she's with her parents ?
