Chris, Bishops' transcripts are available on LDS film, so they would also be in the MM library. They were copies of the parish registers sent at intervals to the Bishop, and sometimes fill gaps when pages or years of a parish register are missing. - Although at times you would hardly recognise the entries as coming from the same register when both are available, with differences in spelling, dates, omissions and inclusions.
But always worth checking.
