Thank you very much for just the information I was after. Hopefully Brian's website will be restored some day to make all this readily available again.

That confirmed that Robert Stephen Moore's wife was a Clague and also gave me his parents - Joseph Philip Moore & Margaret Jane Kissack - as he was an older brother of Philip Stanley Moore. Now anyone who actually has this RS Moore from Patrick in their tree (as opposed to the one from Douglas connected to my family who was the son of Robert Moore & Jane Cowley) will be able to follow the line back more easily. And I have my two Robert Stephen Moore's neatly sorted, thank you.
