Thanks again for all your work, it's much appreciated. Only thing I've noticed which might need a tweak are the alphabet buttons on the Census indices first page - they work but they don't show the letters at first, only little crosses. Oddly enough, once you've looked at an index page, the letters all reappear on the front page buttons.
