thanks Frances. I'd checked in Lawson's census list where there are 5 Arbory Croghans. A Catherine aged 60 & Philip 55. From my MI Arbory I see Sophia died in 1820 so maybe Catherine is 2nd wife. There's also a John age 33 who seems to vanish & a Philip age 18 who couldnot have been Sophia's son. From what you have told me Philip/Sophia King must be Eliz's parents. In Lawson's 1851 there are no Croaghans left in Arbory, mainly Lonan & D'las, but there is a new Frances only aged 18. Not easy ! Thanks for your quick reply
