Assuming Patrick is Silvester's son. The fact that Patrick purchased the land from Jane Kermot during his father's lifetime and he (Patrick) is confirmed as tenant in Liber Vast 7th May 1730 - suggests that his father had made the land over to him by way of a Deed of Settlement
