My Gt gt gt grandmother was Elizabeth Waterson. She married Thomas Martin widower at Kirk Michael, Peel on 17th December 1808. both were residents of Peel. I have not been able to go further back than this in my family tree. They had a son James registered in Kirk German , 27th Jan 1811 ( my gt gt grandfather) and another son George on 9th August 1912.
