I am desperately trying to find birth cert. for my G.Grandfather,Thomas Edward Keown, (changed to Kewin in 1901 census) born IOM 1844/45. Believe some connection to German, Quakers. He moved to Whitehaven where he had a least one daughter Margaret Ellen. He appears on the 1891 UK census but unable to trace hime before then. May have married a second time to Sarah .
