My grandfather, James was born in Santon in 1848, had two brothers who migrated to USA in the 1860's, and was the third son of John Cannell and Margaret Quayle who were born in 1816 and 1809 respectively, John's parents were William Cannell and Margaret Teare, who seemed to get married twice, once in Braddan, and seven months later in Santon, anyone any connection?
