I can't help much, except to say that the correct film numbers for 1894 are 0106518-520 (not the 581 which Shirley has written at the top). She also has the will number "29" which fits the index ref., and "50" for the 1890 one, which also looks like Shirley's transcript, (because of the way the details are written at the top, left), which also fits that index ref.

It is possible that Shirley sent a lot of wills together to Brian, and linked the same Ann Cowley will by mistake to both dates and different will numbers, after looking at Brian's index. There probably was/is another Ann Cowley transcript of hers for 1890, which Donna might have.

An easy mistake to make when she was sending 100s of transcripts, and the will had 1890 at the beginning.
