Esther Leece is mentioned in her brother William's will dated 1836, she is unmarried.

I give and bequeath unto my sister Esther
Leece of Ballamona in Braddan aforesaid
that dwelling house outoffices garden and
premises which adjoins the Kings highroad
leading to Douglas and which premises
are now in the tenure or occupation of
Howard Cain as tenant thereof
I also give and bequeath to my said
sister Esther the sum of one hundred
pounds sterling
