Thanks, yes I have the book on line.

Started digging last year when my father confirmed a postcard my husband had picked up at a fair, was his g g'father. I haven't come across maryellen's book until searching the message board.

I'm back over for a fortnight next month and will continue the quest. Altho' its not the only line of enquiry Corletts, Cooils and Quirks I must be manx!
