Thanks Sue - going by the family names this looks like the will of the Capt Hugh Crow in question. Not sure what year he died. On a quick reading I can't find any reference to his daughter Jane b. 1816. Similarly, I can't find reference to Jane in the captain's published memoires. Maybe someone else knows what happened to Jane?
