LDS Family History Centres worldwide are listed on FamilySearch.org with non-member opening hours, etc., but these are often out of date. The easiest way to find the closest one to you is to look up "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" in the phone book. You usually have to go in to order and pay a small fee for ordering the films, but the use of the library is free. They all have some permanent holdings of CDs, film and fiche, and often free internet access to Ancestry etc.
