I received copies of Edward Waterson's 2nd Marriage certificate & 2 other related certificates today:-

Edward Waterson full age, widower, Bootmaker, father Henry Waterson, Seaman, marries a second time, to Jane Elizabeth Hodson, widow, of no rank or profession, of Wood Street ,Toxteth Park, Liverpool, father John Boyes, a Marble mason. Ceremony performed at St Brides Church, Liverpool on July 15th 1845. Both sign with their name in the presence of William Hodge and Ann Shippard.

Also 2 other events for Edward - the birth of daughter Margaret in 1837 and the death of his first wife Margaret Jane Waterson on 1844:-

Margaret Jane Waterson is born on 24th Aug 1837 at 17 Pownall street, Liverpool. Parents are Edward Waterson, Cordwainer and Margaret Jane Waterson formerly Cowley. Birth registered September 18th 1837 by Edward Waterson, father, of 17 Pownall Street. She is also recorded as born or baptised at St Nicholas Church Liverpool on 17 sep 1837. Margaret Jane Waterson aged 40 wife of Edward Waterson Cordwainer dies on the 17th January 1844 at Pownall Street of enteritis following childbirth. Death is registered on 17th January 1844 by Edward Waterson of Pownall Street who was in attendance. Source - Death certificate.

Any help in locating Henry Waterson family and Edward's birth very much appreciated.
