Thanks for this link - very interesting. For anyone that is interested, I discovered a bit of a "quirk" with this site - if you type in the surname in full you might not get any results, but click on the first letter of the surname only and you will find what you are looking for.

ie. When I typed "Endersby" - nothing, but when I clicked on "E" up popped Endersby....
