Thomas STOWELL and Anne BROWN were married at Braddan on 28 Oct 1759 and according to the transcript of the parish register (which is what is on the LDS microfilm) the marriage was by licence. Are there, in the IOM, marriage allegations or the like related to the issue of marriage licences, and if so where would they be found?
