Elaine, I have researched Joughins fairly thoroughly, especially on the Isle of Man, but I do not recall a Joughin-Minay marriage. I would be interested to hear about it anyway, especially if you can attach this Anne to a particular Joughin family. We have got back to the period covered by the IGI, and I find no Ann(i)(e) Joughin marrying a Minay there.
