I thank you so very much for taking the time to look at my posting. You are the first one to answer me. I would appreciate any information you can give me in regards to the Kermode family. I am in the process now of asking a distant cousin in England for any information that she may have, though I am sure it won't be much.

I was thinking of sending away for the actual marriage certificate of Caroline and her husband John A. Bailey, in hopes it would list her fathers name. The only information I have right now is from a family bible.
