An Account of Cash expended by Tho : W : J Woods Vicar of KK Maughold commencing Anno 1757 in rebuilding, repairing, & improving the Vicarage House of said Parish; over & above the Sum adjudged by a Jury against the Exrs of Revd. Thos. Allen late Vicar deceas'd, which Jury were sworn by Order of Court to survey Dilapidations on the premises & to allow for reparations on the same. In this Account is also included the sd Vicar's expences in building a Poultry House near the above Manse, & upon the Glebe Land.

The Total Sum of this account, is made £56 : 19 : 0 by a few alterations of some Articles within. And this day I made Oath to the Truth of sd Account before the jury, who were at sd Time sworn by the Sumnr. to view the buildings &c. pursuant. to Vicr Genr Curphey's reference to my peticon ; Sd jury are Timothy Killin, Matt: Caveen, Masons, & Wm. Curlet, James Kinish Carpenters; & I lodgd my sd peticon, & Bill of Disbursements in the hands of sd Timothy Killin ; before the other jurors. Tho. W. J. Woods.
