dated 15 Nov 1820; recites execution in favour of John Quirk(Kk Patk) agt Silvester Tear(Peel) for £92 + interest and another for £100 in favour of Wm Tear(Peel) agst sd Silvester Tear - lands purchased by sd Silvester Tear from John + Henry Quilliam(Kk Patk) by deed dated 22 Mar 1798 covering Kerro Kneal + Ballahigg + half of Mullin-e-Cly in Kk Patrick - set to public auction at which Wm Tear (acting also for John Quirk) bid £254(Brit); Witt Philip Quilliam, Patrick Carran;

dated 8 May 1829;recites that Thomas Quine(Kk Patrick) did by deed of mortgage dated 3 Apr 1808 [CTD Eas 1808 40] and for £200 grant to Wm Clucas(Port St Mary) half of that water corn mill in Kk Patrick known as Mullen-e-cleiy + half its rights etc. Wm Dinwody now husband of Margt Clucas widow of sd Wm Clucas and as sd mortgage lapsed 23rd Apl last now sell for £200 to Thomas Shimin(Kk Patk) Witt Wm Kewley, James Kewley
[Thomas Shimmin, junr was the grandson of Thomas Quine - in 1835 he gives Mullen-e-Clie as his address]

dated 28 Mar 1855;Recites Thomas Quirk (Kk Patrick)entited to half of certain lands near Mullen-e-Cloie in the parish of Patrick and Robert Tear + Margaret Alice Tear(both Peel) entitled to the other half equally between them - parties ask setting quest to divide lands - Margaret allocated parts around the Mill + ? half the Mill (plan annexed); the lands being purchased by late John Quirk(father of Thomas) and Wm Tear (grandfather of Robt + Margt) from John Crellin(coroner) around 1820[SSS May 1821 2];
