Widdow, formerly of the Citty of Dublin, and Now
Resident in the Isle of Mann, and being in a poor
Ability am willing to Let my brother William Kinley
have my right ^& my childs right^ of my house fallen to me by my
husband - - - Therefore
Know all men by these presents that I Rose
Kinley, as aforesd, Divers good Causes & Consideration
me thereunto Moving, but Especialy for & in Consid
:eration of the Sum of Six pounds Manks Value
in hand paid at the Signing sealing & delivering
of these presents from the hands of my Loving
brother Will Kinley, Have Given Granted
Passedover & Sold, and Doe by the sd presents
Give, Grant, Bargain, Passover & Sell all my
right & Tytle of my house & Garden in Balley Salley
unto my abovesd brother Wm Kinley, for Ever by
these presents. He the sd Wm Kinley paying the year
=ly rent due to our Hon??? Lord for the abovesd house
& garden, & all other dues & duties due & payable
out of the Same. And it is further Covenanted and
agreed that I the sd Rose Kinley is to have the use
of the aforementioned house & garden for the Term
of ten years, she the sd Rose paying the yearly
rent of Three Shil per year. Dureing ye aforesd term
It is further covenanted that the above sd Rose shall
not sett nor lett this house to any body, one year
only Excepted. And for the true & faithfull –
performances of all & Singular the premises
We the above parties Doe bind our Selves our
Heirs Exetr Admr & Assigns in the penalty of
Double the Value in Nature of all fines in this Is[obscured by corner fold]

Note before the Signing & Ensealing of these presents
that is I the sd Rose Kinley doe stay or continue
out of this Island above one year, at one time –

the Term of Years within mention’d, it is further –
Agreed that Will Kinley is to repair the above sd
house during the above sd Term
