Kinley of Ballasalla and Joney Kinley als Quayle my wife
in the parish of KK Mallew for Divers good Causes and Val:
:uable Consideratons us moving, but more Especially for
and in Consideraton of the sum of Three pounds & Three
Shillings good Currency to be paid at or before the Delivery
of these presents from the Hands of Robert Quayle of Ballasal
:la in the aforesd parish Have given granted Bargained
Alienated Passedover and sold, And do by these presents
Give Grant Bargain Alienate Passover & for Ever absolutely
sell from us our Heyres Exets Admets and assignes a Certain
parcel of Garden scituate in Ballasalla aforesd Commonly
Called & Known by the name of Quanes Garden being two
Separate parcells adjoining to Ewan Looneys Rent in
Both Ends of the sd parcells, and front to the street in
one End, the same being of the annuall Abbey
Rent of two pence or thereabout. TO HAVE and to hold
unto him the said Robt Quayle his Heyres Exrs Amrs
and assignes, with all ways Water & Water Courses Easements
Libertyes profits Commodityes & advantages to the same in
any wise respectively belonging or appertaining, He the
said Robert Quayle his Heyres Extrs Admtrs or assignes
YEILDING and paying yearly and Every Yeare the
annuall Rents Boones & Customes suits & services Due
& payable out of the same at the Usuall Times & Seasons
accustomed. And I the sd Wm Kinley & Joney my wife
doth not only Quitt Claim to all the right Tytle and Interest
that we now have or ever here after may have of in or unto
part of the premises, But Doth also further oblidge our
selves our heyres Exrs Admrs and Assignes the premises
with its appurtenances to uphold maintain awarrant
& Defend unto him the said Robert Quayle his Heyres Exrs
Admrs and Assignes Against the pretended Right Tytle
Claim or Demand of any manner of person or persons
whatsoever The Rights of the Rt Honlble The Lord of this
Isle only Excepted. And to Do and perform all other

Act or Acts Thing or Things Necessary or Requisite
to be Done for the Better strengthening & Securing of the
premises unto him the said Robert Quayle His Heyres
Extrs Admtrs or Assignes. And to Cause the name of the
sd Robert Quayle to be Entered in the Court Rowles as
Lawfull Tennant to our Honrble Lord. And for the
True and faithfull performance of all and Singular
the premises Every Clause herein memconed The said
Wm Kinley & Joney my wife doth hereby Bind & oblidge
our selves our heyres Extrs Admtrs and Assignes in the
penalty of Twenty pounds to be Levied in the nature
of all fines according to the Laws of the ISLAND
