Jane Kelvie als : Nowell my Mother: Issabell Kelvie and Margtt: Kelvie Sisters to sd.
Thomas kelvie all of the Town of Ramsey: Divers good Causes and Considr :acons
us hereunto moveing but Cheifely for and in Consideracon of the full and Just
Sume of ffifteen shillings sterln: money to us in hand payd at the signeing and -
Delivery hereof: The receipt whereof We Doe hereby acknowledge: att and from
the hands of our friend and Neighbour William Sprainger Glover in the sayd Town
Have Given Granted passed over allienated and Sould: and by these presents doe Give Grant:
pass over allienate and for ever absolutely Sell all our whole right title property and -
Interest of and Into a parcell of Intack land Lying and being on the Mooiragh in ye sd.
Town adjoyning to Hugh Black's rent on the East and to the Highway on the South west: and
also to John Cannell jun:r's rent on the North: which he Lately purchased from Robt.
Christian: of such annual Lord's rent as the Setting Quest of KK Maughold shall
allot or proportion thereon from us our heyres Exers. Admstrs: and assigns for ever. TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD unto him the sayd William Spranger his Heyres Exers. Admstrs.
and assigns, the afforesd. parcell of Intack Land: Together with all Easemts: Libberties
ways watters and watter Courses unto the premisses belonging or appertaining: he
the afforesd. Wm: Sprainger his heyres and assigns yeilding and paying yearely & every
yeare such annual Lord's rent as the Setting Quest shall proportion thereon as
afforesd: wth: all boons Suits and Services as is annually Incumbent on the -
