Hi Everyone , after information about 8 Bucks Rd , 1911 census :

George Dodd Head 61 Boarding house keeper
Maria Dodd Wife 40 Same
Georgina Sale Dodd D 14 Assistant
Edward Bruce Clucas boarder 21 Ironmonger

EBC left the IOM 4 months later to immigrate to Australia .

The boarding house had 13 rooms and only 1 boarder ???

And is it still there ??
