I think he was s/o Thomas Radcliffe (shoemaker 69 Parliamt St Ramsey in 1881c) + Jane Elizth Kissack - you should be able to find a lot on Kissack families on web but she is d/o Mary Curphy + John Kissack (a blacksmith in Church st Ramsey) in 1841
