Any suggestions welcome please. GG Grandmother is Elizabeth Quayle B 24 Jan 1841. Parish register Of Kirk Michael births: Elizabeth, daughter of Elizabeth Quayle. We know she was illegitimate & living with Grandparents after her mothers death in 1844.
Both her marriage cert & death cert list her father as John Quayle a blacksmith. There appears to be a couple of likely candidates from the census records, so is there any records which may confirm the right man. Would presentments confirm his identity?
