Val, I can't see any other Wm Duggans b in Arbory--others were in other parishes--Lonan, Onchan.

I see that Arbory William's parents are James Duggan and Catherine Gelling
Per census Catherine was b abt 1828 Malew
IGI has 2 Catherines ch 1828 Arbory
Perhaps you and/or Eric Gelling know which one md James Duggan--if either is correct?
