Hello and thank you for your help. I am not sure this is the Thomas I am looking for, the Thomas I have on the 1901 does have the middle initial of an 'M' but that is not to say that the census is correct.

I don't have credits for the 1911 census, but I did have a look to see if there was a Thomas Lawson born Douglas 1871 living with a Florence Lawson in Douglas and there didn't appear to be, but there may have been a Thomas born Douglas 1871 living with a Maud Lawson in Douglas. I am by no means an expect with the 1911 census without buying credits, it is a bit of a hit and miss, so if anyone can have a look to see what they think without using credits I would be grateful.
