look at the date of last child - I suspect a birth date closer to 1802 than 1822!

assuming not illeg (remember Manx custom was to use fa's name) then I think the two main choices are eliza d/o philip quay (onchan 1804) or Ann elizabeth d/o george woods + ann maxwell bapt Douglas St Matthews 1807 - I can't find any trace of this family in 1841 (nor any obv burials)

For illegs there is the interesting Eliza d/o margt parkinson bapt Douglas st georges 1800 margt went on to have several illegs inc in 1820 mary ann moore
