Humber is not a Manx name - nor does it appear in modern records (eg burials, wills, directories etc - you can check out marriages + bapts on the IGI)
you should enjoy a Manx holiday but unless you have other family links I suspect any genealogical search is likely to be fruitless - I assume that you are not confusing the Island (in middle of Irish sea) with somewhere else.
