If the Minays in Manx have links with the Minays in Latin America ie Cuba then there is the possibility of the Minays in the Philippines having Cuban ancestry somehow. In the 1700-1800s, the Spanish Galleons frequented the Philippines seas and brought to the Philippine Islands several Latin American nationalities including Portuguese, Cubans, Mexicans and other Spanish-speaking natives among some Indians sepoys. This may have some bearing and linkage with the Minays that settled in Marinduque and Oriental Mindoro islands in the Philippines.
