there will be no parental info unless one party was underage - unfortuneately my own transcription only goes as far as 1804. Between 1800 & 1803 I've used the bishop's transcripts as the register is not in great shape but the official 1911 copy is available on mormon microfilm - the witnesses might be useful - it should give any extraparochial info info re the parties.
