Re: 88 Middle Row, Preston Quarter (and the Manx miner next door) I have no idea whatsoever whether or not there might be any relationship. I only have a scant record that my great-grandmother Martha Jane came from there. It seems likely therefore that you ae on the right track.

Also, the coming to NZ is definitely correct.

Len I am particularly interested in the Jean Henderson enquiry. It may be possible that Robert Christian left issue (possibly in either NZ or South Africa). The name Jean is in our line (as is Mona); perhaps Len you could furnish me with further details/email?

The information that you have given me is most interesting and exciting. Thank you all again and if you find more I shall remain ever truly grateful. This is such a 'long shot' for our family here in NZ in so many ways.
