Hello Andrea and Sue. Thank you both for your responses to my query. The only information that I have at present is what i have stated. That is that William Christian (possibly a miner in Whitehaven) married Jane. These had Martha Jane and Robert. Apparently Robert immigrated to South Africa whilst Jane joined an uncle in Wellington New Zealand where she married. When I have more I'll post it and perhaps we'll be able to assist one another (all going well). Good luck yourselves and thank you again.
