I am looking for the parents of William Henry Kelly b.about 1860 Douglas. I have him on 1891, 1901 and 1911 census but unable to find him prior to this. He married Agnes Ellen Skillicorn in Braddan 1888, I have their marriage certificate and his father is named as Robert Kelly, Sawyer.

The cert says he is of 'full age' and was a 'widower'

I hope someone has some informtion on him please.
