Incidentally do you know Cathy Cooil -special ed teacher from Castletown? She arrived at BFES in Germany shortly before I returned home in 1969. I have been in recent contact with her so not requesting any followup - just thought it would be a co-incidence if you were colleagues too! By another co-incidence I taught with Stuart Loaring, the primary adviser, in Pangbourne in the late seventies/early eighties. We both had our first headships at the same time. Small world!
