The top of the index page is very dark, but is headed Lonan, Braddan & Marown. There are a couple of entries under Lonan, and then the first entry under the heading "Braddan" is 1907 Wade, John Clark, [Town or Parish] Braddan, [no. of page] 1061, [no. of entry] 174.

The index doesn't give the other partner, but the cert. could be ordered from the registry using those details.
